⏱️ Rental Duration

• Minimum rental period: 24 hours.

• Grace period: 1 hour.

• Delay of 2 hours: charged as 1/3 day.

• Delay of 3 hours or more: charged as 1 full day.

📆 Long-Term Rental

• We offer special discounted prices for long-term rentals (1 month or more).

• Please contact us directly for a tailored offer.

🚗 Mileage Allowance

• Daily rentals: 200 km/day, extra km = 10 TRY.

• Monthly rentals: 3,500 km/month, extra km = 10 TRY.

💰 Deposit (Depozit)

• Deposit amount: 150 – 300 USD depending on the vehicle category.

• The remaining balance is refunded within 7 business days after vehicle return.

• Deductions from the deposit may include:

  • Toll fees (HGS).

  • Extra mileage.

  • Cleaning fees (if applicable).

  • Traffic fines or other charges.

🚦 Traffic Fines

• Fines may be issued at a later time.

• If a fine occurs during the rental period, the customer will be notified and is responsible for full payment.

✈️ Delivery & Pick-up Outside the Office

• Istanbul New Airport: 40 USD.

• Sabiha Gökçen Airport: 70 USD.

🪪 Driving License

• License must be held for at least 1 year.

• International driving licenses are valid for 6 months from the entry date.

• Some luxury vehicles require a minimum of 3 years license validity.

👤 Age Requirements by Vehicle Category

• Economy & Comfort: 21 years old + 1-year license.

• Prestige & Premium: 25 years old + 3-year license.

• Luxury & Royal: 27 years old + 3-year license.

🚘 Additional Driver

• Additional driver can be added to the contract for an extra fee, provided all documents are valid.

• ⚠️ Important: If an accident occurs and the driver is not listed in the contract, insurance will not cover the damage. The renter is fully responsible.

📑 Required Documents

• Valid driving license.

• Turkish ID or Passport.

• Last entry stamp (for international license holders).

• Full residential address in Turkey.

• Active email address.

• Active phone number.

🛡️ Insurance

• Compulsory Insurance (Trafik Sigorta):

  • If the renter is at fault: all repair costs + downtime are covered by the renter.

  • If the other party is at fault and proven in the official report: the renter pays nothing.

• Comprehensive Accident Insurance (Full Kasko):

  • Covers all damages with zero liability for the renter.

  • Valid only with official accident report (photos + accident location + filled report + both parties’ details).

  • Available at an extra cost depending on vehicle type and rental duration.

🛣️ Toll Roads (HGS)

• All vehicles are equipped with HGS.

• Tolls are calculated at the end of the rental period and must be paid by the renter or deducted from the deposit.
